How I work
A marketing function.
With someone running it.
The work starts with the product, the buyer, and what is stuck. Then I take responsibility for the pieces the company needs.
01 / Get specific
Decide what needs to happen first.
I work through the product, the current message, the buyer, and how people find you. I ask where sales conversations stall and what you keep putting off.
The output is a written scope: the work I own, the decisions that need your input, and the priorities for the month. The rate is agreed before work begins.
02 / Set it up
Give the work a place to live.
I put the message, content plan, prospect lists, and measurement in a system the company can use. Each piece supports the agreed priorities. It does not need another tool just to look organized.
You keep the accounts and the working files. The plan is clear enough to see what is due, who owns it, and what is ready to ship.
03 / Run the work
You bring the product judgment.
I keep marketing moving.
I write and edit, run the content workflow, manage the agreed outbound work, and check the results. I bring you specific questions when the work needs your expertise or a decision.
You stop assembling the content calendar, chasing drafts, and wondering whether anyone followed up. You stay involved in the decisions that need a founder.
04 / Make it useful
Leave a function someone can inherit.
I document the message, the workflow, the decisions, and what the results suggest doing next. You can see what shipped and what needs to change.
When you are ready to hire, I help define the role and brief the next person. They inherit working files, account access, a clear plan, and the context to run it.
